Experimental Design

Application:	Quantification of TGF-b in samples.
Cells used:	ARPE
Brief Protocol:	ARPE were homogenized and centrifuged to separate the cell debris. The supernatent was directly used for assay.
Results Summary:	Got very reproducible results.
Additional Notes:	The standard curve generated was very perfect by exactly following the protocol.
