Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid cells
Brief Protocol:	Mice were subjected to allergen sensitization/challenge protocol using HDM. Airway infiltrating cells were recovered by BAL. Cells were subjected to flow cytometry analysis.
Results Summary:	CD45 postitive cells were easily identified.
