The ELISA antibodies and standard we used worked very well.

Experimental Design

Application:	Detect TNFa secretion in supernatant
Cells used:	Macrophages
Brief Protocol:	Cells were pre-treated with reagents and then stimulated with LPS overnight. After that, cell supernatant was collected and secretion of TNFa were measured by ELISA.
Results Summary:	Our reagents are able to reduce LPS induced TNFa secretion in macrophages
Additional Notes:	The ELISA results are clear and sensitive.
