Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	PBMCs
Brief Protocol:	PBMCs washed then incubated in PBS with FcR blocking reagent and antibodies for 30 minutes at 4oC.
Results Summary:	Lineage negative cells were easily identified and used for further downstream gating of DCs.
