Good signal of CD8+ T cells for intracellular staining.

Experimental Design

Application:	Intracellular staining flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Spleen were disaggregated and red blood cells were lysed. After washing two times with PBS 1x, cells were stained in PBS 1x 5% fetal bovine serum with FITC anti-CD8 (1:200 dilution) for 30 min on ice. After washing two times, cells were fixed and permeabilized for staining of nuclear transcription factors. After intracellular staining, cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Good staining of CD8+ T cells despite fixation/permeabilization treatment.
Additional Notes:	Cells are pre-gated in singlet lymphocytes.
