This antibody is very bright with little spill over.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	mouse lung cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:200; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
Results Summary:	We were able to clearly see our population of CD8+ T cells without any spillover into other channels.
