Cells used:	Splenocytes of LCMV infected mice
Brief Protocol:	Single cell suspension was stained with 1:200 Brilliant Violet 785™ anti-mouse/human CD44 for 20 minutes at 4 degrees.
Results Summary:	Good discrimination of the activated LCMV gp33 specific CD8 T cells.
