Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Primary cells from virus-infected heart
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained in 0.2ul Ab/50ul of FACS buffer, 30' 4C in the dark, washed with FACS buffer, and ran in 300uL of FACS buffer.
Results Summary:	CD8a PB is a good antibody to label CD8 T cell in cardiac homogenate.
