Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry analysis of live cells
Cells used:	Thymocytes
Brief Protocol:	1 x 10^6 cells were washed with PBS and then stained with 100ul Zombie Aqua diluted 1:250 in PBS for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cells were finally washed with PBS 2% FBS.
Results Summary:	Very Good discrimination of live and dead cells.
