Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Primary cells from Heart, Lung and Liver
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained in 0.2ul Ab/50ul of FACS buffer. 30' 4C in the dark. Washed with FACS buffer. Run in 300uL of FACS buffer.
Results Summary:	Cardiac, Lung and Liver macrophages can be labeled with CD64 FITC antibody.
