This antibody did not stain any T cells even after stimulation.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	murine T cells
Brief Protocol:	Differentiated T cells were activated with a polyclonal stimulus and stained with this antibody at 0.25ug per million cells for 30min on ice. Cells were subsequently washed and fixed.
Results Summary:	Compared to unstained cells, there is no staining with this antibody.

Technical Service Notes

It is possible that the stimulus used here wasn't enough to trigger an upregulated PD-1 response. We'd suggest trying ConA as we do for our QC testing on the data sheet. You're also welcome to contact tech@biolegend.com for further troubleshooting help!
