Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Single-cell suspension of the intra-epithelial lymphocytes
Brief Protocol:	A single-cell suspension of the intra-epithelial lymphocytes was obtained by washing intestinal pieces with EDTA. Cells were then blocked with FcBlock, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	Immune cells are stained well with the antibody.
