Armenian Hamster IgG FITC works well as an isotype control on mouse splenocytes.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	ACK-lysed mouse splenocytes were preincubated with 1ug anti-mouse FcBlock for 5 minutes and stained with a 1:100 dilution of FITC Armenian Hamster IgG Isotype Ctrl for 15 minutes at room temperature in 100uL FACS buffer (PBS w/2% FBS and 0.09% sodium azide). Cells were washed twice with 2mL FACS buffer and analyzed on a BD LSR II.
Results Summary:	FITC Armenian Hamster IgG staining was as minimal (filled histogram), as compared to unstained cells (dotted line).
