Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse spleen cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells were isolated and blocked with Fc block for 10 minutes prior to the staining of live/dead zombie dye for an additional 30 minutes in PBS.
Results Summary:	We are pleased to see the separation of zombie-positive (dead) and negative (live) cells from spleen.
