Experimental Design

Cells used:	Serum
Brief Protocol:	Add sample to the wells, incubate, wash. Then add the detection antibody, incubate, wash. Then add HRP conjugate, incubate, wash. Then add the substrate and allow for color to develop. Add stop solution, the color should change to yellow. Then read absorbance on a micro plate.
Results Summary:	OD's for the experimental dogs were obtained by subtracting from the negative control serum.
