Cells used:	Human Tonsil
Brief Protocol:	Acetone fixed tissue was treated with Fc blocker and Background buster. Then, the tissue was stained for 1h at room temperature with 2.5ug/mL of anti CD3 Brilliant Violet 421™ in PBS 5% BSA 0.1% Saponin.
Results Summary:	Observe CD3 staining in T cell zone.
