This CD34 FITC works nicely, although not the brightest.

Experimental Design

Application:	Staining CD34 cells from cord blood
Cells used:	Total PBMCs
Brief Protocol:	Ficoll cord blood sample to remove RBCs. Stain using 1:100 CD34 FITC with CD45 PE-Dazzle 594 to determine total CD34 concentration.
Results Summary:	I was able to distinguish the CD34+ vs. the CD45+.
