CD3-APC (clone UCHT1) works well to detect CD3+ T cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Fluorescence cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMC
Brief Protocol:	Cyropreserved human PBMC were thawed, washed twice in PBS, and stained with a cocktail of antibodies including CD3-APC. Cells were incubated with antibodies for 15 minutes at room temperature and 0.25uL CD3-APC was used to stain 1 million cells in 200uL PBS. CD3 expression was measured on live single cells by using a biaxial plot of CD3 and live/dead aqua. Worked well on unstimulated and SEB stimulated PBMC.
Results Summary:	CD3-APC worked well to detect CD3+ T cells on human PBMC samples using fluorescence cytometry.
