Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Lymphcytes from different Lymph nodes
Brief Protocol:	1X10^6 suspension cells from different Lymph nodes were incubated with 0.5ul APC-Cyanine7 anti-mouse IgD and other antibodies in 50ul FACS buffer for 30 min at 4oC.
Results Summary:	Good.
