Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Small intestinal cells
Brief Protocol:	Small intestine was harvested from a mouse and digested using a collagenase-based digestion protocol to obtain a single-cell suspension. Cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	CD45.2+ cells in the small intestine stained well with the antibody.
