This antibody is bright enough to identify mouse CD45.2+ cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:200; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
Results Summary:	This is a very bright antibody and worked well to identify our population of mouse CD45.2+ cells.
