Good separation of CD3+ PBMCs was achieved with this antibody.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	PBMC
Brief Protocol:	PBMC were isolatred from buffy coat using Ficoll separation. Wash 2.5x10^5 cells per well. Stain:50 ul/well, on ice for 30 min. CD3 Ab used at 1:200 dilution. Co-stain: CD8 and Zombie UV. Wash. Fix with 2% PFA for 20min at RT. Acquire (BD LSRII).
Results Summary:	We can observe good separation of CD3+CD8+ T cells.
Additional Notes:	Lymphocytes were gated on FCS vs SSC plot. Doublets were excluded on FSC -H vs -W plot. Dead cells were excluded as Zombie UV+.
