Application: |
Flow Cytometry |
Cells used: |
Mouse lung single cell suspensions |
Brief Protocol: |
Mice were challenged with house dust mite for two weeks. Lungs were isolated and digested to a single cell suspension. T cells were restimulated using anti-CD3 coated plates for 4 hours in the presence of Monensin. Cells were fixed and permeabilized using Biolegend's Intracellular Cytokine Staining Buffer. Cells were stained for 60 minutes at room temperature with PE anti-mouse IL4 1:200 dilution of FITC anti-mouse CD44. Data was analyzed using an LSR Fortessa.

Results Summary: |
FITC anti-CD44 was successfully used for the identification of activated T cells. |
Additional Notes: |
Gated on CD4+ T cells. |
