Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Live Spleenocytes, blood and bone marrow cells
Brief Protocol:	Single cell suspension from tissue, RBC lysis, stain 2E+06 cells in 50 µl with Ab mix (1:200) on ice wash centrifuge and FACS.
Results Summary:	Nice separation of CD19+ B-cells in different tissues.
Additional Notes:	Cells were gated on viable PI- cells in Spleen, blood and BM.
