A decent antibody working well in combination with other brilliant violet fluorophores.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human synovial cells yielded by digestion
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained for 30 minutes on ice with a viability dye before staining with anti-human CD34 Brilliant Violet 510™ (5ug/ml, 30 minutes on ice) as part of a multicolour panel. The staining buffer used was PBS w 2% FCS and 2.5mM EDTA. Samples were acquired using a BD LSR Fortessa at 405 excitation and 525/50 bandpass filter for detection.
Results Summary:	The antibody worked well at the recommended starting concentration.
Additional Notes:	A clear CD34 positive population could be identified when using the antibody at the recommended starting concentration.
