Brief Protocol:	RBC lysis of splenocytes; wash; 30 minute antibody stain in the dark on ice
Results Summary:	Secondary stain shows that CD96 is upregulated on one splenocyte population. but not the other
Additional Notes:	Red and blue histograms represent two different mouse strains the author wishes to remain undisclosed at this time.
