Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse pancreas
Brief Protocol:	Pancreas was harvested and minced to millimeter particles and digested with collagenase IV. After filtering and resuspension cells were washed in PBS and subsequently stained with Zombie Yellow for 10 minutes in the dark. After washing the cells in 1% FACS, flow cytometry was performed.
Results Summary:	Accurate distinction between live and dead cells.
