A sensitive antibody for granulocyte detection.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Single cells from mouse lung graft
Brief Protocol:	Cells were blocked with Fc block for 30 minutes on ice prior to the staining with CD11b (1:120 in FACS buffer) antibody for additional 30 minutes on ice.
Results Summary:	In combination with Ly6G, we were able to detect neutrophil infiltration into the lung after lung transplantation.
