Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	PBMC, Kidney monocytes
Brief Protocol:	Kidney cortical tissue were enzymatically digested in single cell suspension. Monocytes were stained with anti-CD14 and were analysed using BD fortessa 4.
Results Summary:	Antibody works well.
