Experimental Design

Application:	Bioassay
Cells used:	Blood-derived human monocytes
Brief Protocol:	Monocyte cells are isolated from peripheral blood, placed in culture (RPMI-1640) with 100 ng/mL rh-m-CSF for 3 days, then the media is refreshed for another 3 days. The monocytes are then ready!
Results Summary:	Monocytes differentiate to macrophages!
Additional Notes:	This product is the cheapest I found on the market, and works just as good as any!
