Anti-CD11b PE works well on mouse bone marrow.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse bone marrow
Brief Protocol:	Bone marrow was flushed from femurs and tibiae with PBS/2%FBS through a 27 gauge needle and a 40uM strainer. Cells were washed, counted, preincubated with a 1:50 dilution of FcBlock, and stained for 15 minutes at room temperature with a 1:100 dilution of anti-CD11b PE. Cells were washed twice and analyzed on a BD LSR II.
Results Summary:	CD11b staining was excellent.
