Zombie fixable dyes allow for detection and gating out of dead cells by flow cytometry.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	murine lymphocytes
Brief Protocol:	Followed the protocol suggested by Biolegend - stained cells with 1/100 dilution in PBS at room temperature for 15 min, followed by 2 washes of PBS.
Results Summary:	Clear separation of Zombie Aqua™ stained dead cells vs live cells on the flow plot.
