Experimental Design

Application:	Bioassay
Cells used:	Monocytes
Brief Protocol:	5 days of differentiation starting with 50ng/ml of MCSF for 48 hrs. Change media containing supplement with 10ng/ul of MCSF after 48hrs. Spike the media with additional 10ng/ml of MCSF.
Results Summary:	Successful differentiation based on adherence and expression of surface markers by flow and IF.
