Experimental Design

Application:	SDS Page Western Blot
Cells used:	Endothelial cells
Brief Protocol:	It is recommended to use it diluted in 0.1% BSA and store working aliquots at -20°C to -80°C. But in my case I use it in 0.25% BSA. SDS Page Western Blot shows BMP4 at 31-36 kDalton.
Results Summary:	Expression of BMP4 in endothelial cells treated with VEGF.
