Cells used:	Lymphocites
Brief Protocol:	Quick spin vial prior to opening and reconstitute 5 mM HCl, pH 3.0 to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. For further dilutions use 0.1% BSA and store working aliquots at -20°C to -80°C.
Results Summary:	BMP-4 induces alkaline phosphatase production on ATDC-5 cells.
Additional Notes:	The ED50 for this effect is typically 2.5-15 ng/mL.
