Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse Draining Lymph Node
Brief Protocol:	Draining lymph nodes following immunization were isolated and filtered to a single cell suspension. Cells had Fc receptors blocked. Cells were then stained for 30 minutes on ice with 1:200 CD4, 1:100 anti-CXCR5, and 1:250 BV421 anti-mouse PD1. Cells were washed 2 times with FACs buffer. Cells were then fixed and data was analyzed on an LSR Fortessa.
Results Summary:	Follicular helper T cells were successfully identified using BV421 anti-mouse PD1.
Additional Notes:	2D plot is gated on CD4+ T cells.
