Cells used: | murine T cells |
Brief Protocol: | Differentiated T cells were activated with a polyclonal stimulus and stained with this antibody at 0.25ug per million cells for 30min on ice. Cells were subsequently washed and fixed. |
Results Summary: | Compared to unstained cells, there is no staining with this antibody. |
