This antibody works great for immunofluorescence purposes using macaque tissues.

Experimental Design

Application:	Immunofluorescence Microscopy
Cells used:	Tissue from Rhesus Macaque
Brief Protocol:	Tissues were fixed with PIPES/Formaldehyde for 10 minutes. Cold PBS washes (2x). Blocking in normal donkey serum for 30 minutes. CD11c antibody was diluted 1:200 in PBS at incubated on tissues for 2 hours at room temperature. Cold PBS washes (2x).
Results Summary:	Very robust staining was observed with minimal to no background in other channels.
Additional Notes:	Rhesus macaque tissues were used.
