Cells used: | Tissue from Rhesus Macaque |
Brief Protocol: | Tissues were fixed with PIPES/Formaldehyde for 10 minutes. Cold PBS washes (2x). Blocking in normal donkey serum for 30 minutes. CD11c antibody was diluted 1:200 in PBS at incubated on tissues for 2 hours at room temperature. Cold PBS washes (2x). |
Results Summary: | Very robust staining was observed with minimal to no background in other channels. |
Additional Notes: | Rhesus macaque tissues were used. |
