Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Frozen Human PBMCs
Brief Protocol:	Thaw PBMCs, Fix and Permeabilize the cells with buffers appropriate for transcription factor identification 40 min, intracellular stain 40 min with a 1:5000 dilution.
Results Summary:	Clear gating.
Additional Notes:	Depending on the condition of the experiment sometimes T-bet stains with three populations.
