Experimental Design

Application:	ELISA IL-2
Cells used:	Monocyte cells
Brief Protocol:	Capture antibody to the plate, and 24h incubation in 4 Celsius degrees. Second day, block, add the samples and then detection antibody. After this add the enzyme and the substrate and stop with an acid. Read the plate at 450/570 nm.
Results Summary:	IL-2 measurement in monocyte cells.
