Untransfected (panel A) or multi-tag transfected (panel B) HeLa cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes, and blocked with 5% FBS for 30 minutes. Cells were then intracellularly stained with 5.0 µg/mL (1:100 dilution) Alexa Fluor® 488 anti-c-Myc antibody (clone 9E10) overnight at 4°C. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI, and the image was captured with a 60X objective.
