Pacific Blue™ is a great fluorochrome to use for marking lineage positive cells in mouse bone marrow.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry - Surface staining
Cells used:	Mouse bone marrow
Brief Protocol:	Bone marrow was flushed from femurs and tibiae with PBS/2%FBS through a 27 gauge needle and a 40uM strainer. Cells were washed, counted, and stained for 20 minutes at room temperature with 20uL per test anti-lineage Pacific Blue. Cells were washed twice and analyzed on a BD LSR II.
Results Summary:	Lineage staining was excellent.
