Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	8-week old mouse Splenocytes (thawed from nitrogen tank)
Brief Protocol:	1) Aliquot thawed cells in 10^6/100ul PBS 2) Add 1 ul Zombie UV and mix well, room temp for 15 mins 3) Wash with 1 ml PBS one time 4) Surface stain and fix for intracellular staining process
Results Summary:	Clearly separated live and dead cells.
Additional Notes:	Follow the exact protocol. Keep in mind, no proteins during Zombie staining process.

This customer is correct. Zombie should not be incubated with any additional proteins or antibodies as it will bind to primary amines.
