Easy staining of CD33+ cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human whole blood
Brief Protocol:	1. 80 µl EDTA blood plus 20 µl antibody cocktail (in FACS Buffer), incubate for 30 min at RT. 2. Lysis of erythrocytes by adding 1 ml of Lysis Buffer, incubate for 10 min at RT. 3. Wash two times with PBS; centrifuge at 400 x g for 5 min, trash supernatant. 3. Resuspend cells in 200-300 µl FACS Buffer, FACS analysis. This antibody is used with an amount of 5µl per test.
Results Summary:	Great detection of CD33+ cells in monocytes.
