This is a good antibody to detect IL-22 production by FACS.

Experimental Design

Application:	Intracellular cytokine assay
Cells used:	Innate lymphoid cells
Brief Protocol:	Lamina propria lymphocytes from Rag1-/- mice were cultured overnight with IL-23 (10 ng/ml) and stimulated with PMA plus ionomycin in the presence of monensin for the last 5h of the incubation. Cells are surface stained with Pacific Blue-CD45, APC-Cyanine7-Thy1.2, FITC-Lin and permeabilized using Fix/Perm buffer. Permeabilized cells are stained with PE-anti-mouse IL22 (1:20) for 45 min at 4 degree C. After washing the cells in staining buffer, they were analyzed by FACS.
Results Summary:	Nice IL-22 producing CD45+ Lin- Thy1.2+ ILC population can be detected.
