Excellent reagent for CD3 detection when paired with other surface markers.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse lymph node cells
Brief Protocol:	Fc treatment followed by staining with 1:300 dilution of this antibody in dark on ice. Washed and stained cells were then flow sorted.
Results Summary:	Easy to gate on CD3 population. Minimal leakage in other channels. Offers good option for pairing with other markers.
