Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Inflammed Peritoneal Lavage Cells (Murine)
Brief Protocol:	Fc block for 10 minutes with 1:100 anti-CD16/32. Stain with 1:200 Gr1-Alexa Fluor® 488 and 1:400 CD11b-APC for 30 mins on ice. Wash once. Resuspend in 300ul FACS Buffer and analyze on FACSCalibur.
Results Summary:	Gr1int (monocytes) and Gr1hi (Neutrophils) could be adequately identified.
