Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	After blocking of mouse splenocytes with Fc block, anti-CD3 Alexa Fluor® 700 was used at 1:500 dilution in FACS buffer for an hr in dark.
Results Summary:	Very Specific. Does not leak in any channel.
Additional Notes:	Must buy if an additional parameter is to be included.
