Good Antibody to Identify CD73+ T cells

This antibody provides an excellent tool to string CD73+ T cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human peripheral blood
Brief Protocol:	50ul of human peripheral blood was stained with the CD73 antibody. Cells were incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature. After incubation, cells were lysed using a lysing buffer. Then samples were washed with 1ml PBS three times and cells were resuspended in 300ul FACS buffer for direct usage for flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	This antibody clearly separates between CD73+ and CD73- T cells.
