Great Intracellular Permeabilization Buffer, Easy to Use!

Perm/Wash buffer, does permeabilize and it's great for in between washes.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Product comes in 100mL at 10X, dilute this to 1X using PBS without Ca++ Mg++. No additives, it's that simple. Once diluted, the 1X perm/wash buffer can be use to permeabilize the cells and also in between washes of intracellular staining protocol.
Results Summary:	Works consistently well in all our intracellular staining protocols and it has a good price.
